How we launch a product
A vertical instead of a universal tool
A general-purpose tracker knows nothing about an industry's entities, so it cannot calculate anything. We describe the domain as a data structure first, and only then design the screens.
Shared engine, different domain
Storage, permissions, real time, files and audit are reused across products. A new product starts from a working platform, not an empty repository.
Only what is live in production
Every decision is validated with real customers, not in a deck. Who ordered, who approved, who accepted — it is recorded in the system and recoverable in seconds.
The business plan, open in full
Product strategy, the financial model through 2029, the export plan and compliance with the list of eligible activities — everything we submit to the Expert Council.
A foreign enterprise in Tashkent
The company is registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan and holds the rights to both products. The engineering hub is in Tashkent.
